Will I lose my usage metrics when I upgrade or uninstall MakuaMon?
When you upgrade MakuaMon, your metrics and settings are preserved and automatically upgraded. When you uninstall, this data is not removed and is available should you decide to install MakuaMon again.
How do I uninstall MakuaMon?
Using a Windows account that has administrative privileges on the computer, open the Programs and Features tool from the Control Panel. Double click the entry for MakuaMon. You will be prompted to enter the Makua Admin password for the computer. The uninstall will not complete unless the correct Makua Admin password is entered.
When I try to install, uninstall or upgrade MakuaMon, I get an error message saying I don’t have permission. What should I do?
